Yanina Mashkina
Yanina Mashkina founded Concepts and Consents in 2021. As an architectural designer, she focuses on helping clients clearly understand how each design decision influences project scope, budget and buildability. Yanina supports projects through the complexities of New Zealand’s regulatory environment, helping navigate both the Resource Management Act and the Building Code to ensure designs meet the required criteria. Where challenges arise or aspects of a design do not initially comply, she works with clients and project teams to find practical, compliant solutions that keep projects moving forward.
