Indoor-outdoor integration

This project involved the complete remodel of the existing floor plan to open up the layout and transform the interior into a light-filled, breezy living environment. The original configuration was reworked to improve spatial flow, visual connections, and natural light penetration throughout the home.

The client’s brief called for a light beach-inspired aesthetic, balanced with strong architectural geometry and carefully curated finishes. Clean lines, soft neutral tones, and layered natural textures were used to achieve a refined yet relaxed atmosphere.

The final layout centres around a generously proportioned kitchen designed as the heart of the home. The space flows seamlessly into the dining and living areas and extends visually and physically toward the outdoor BBQ zone, creating a cohesive indoor–outdoor entertaining experience. The result is a contemporary coastal interior with architectural clarity and understated luxury.
